In the Jupix Document Editor, if you click on a document template to edit it and the Word document opens and displays blank, the steps below outline how to resolve this master document editing issue.
- Log out of the Jupix Document Editor
- Log into the Jupix application from your internet browser
- Click Admin on the main homebar
- In the dropdown menu, click Edit Documents
- Click Edit alongside any of the Document Templates listed
- Click the Word icon to open your document template and make a small change to the document. For example, a space at the end of a sentence that won't be noticeable
- Click Save
- Log back into the Jupix Document Editor
- Click Admin on the main homebar
- In the dropdown menu, click Edit Documents
- Click Edit alongside the document you want to alter
- The master Word document should now open correctly for you to be able to edit as required
