Why is The Document Editor opening a blank Word document?

In the Jupix Document Editor, if you click on a document template to edit it and the Word document opens and displays blank, the steps below outline how to resolve this master document editing issue.

  1. Log out of the Jupix Document Editor
  2. Log into the Jupix application from your internet browser
  3. Click Admin on the main homebar
  4. In the dropdown menu, click Edit Documents
  5. Click Edit alongside any of the Document Templates listed
  6. Click the Word icon to open your document template and make a small change to the document. For example, a space at the end of a sentence that won't be noticeable
  7. Click Save
  8. Log back into the Jupix Document Editor
  9. Click Admin on the main homebar
  10. In the dropdown menu, click Edit Documents
  11. Click Edit alongside the document you want to alter
  12. The master Word document should now open correctly for you to be able to edit as required
