Why is the edge of my brochure cropping when printing it?

Occasionally, when you print a brochure within Jupix, you may notice the edges are being cut off. This is due to our Design team optimising your brochure by setting the Word documents with no margin, allowing them to design to the edge of the page.

We would, therefore, advise you to convert your brochure to a .pdf in order for you to retain the design formatting. Should you prefer to print from the Word document rather than the .pdf, you'll need to adjust your printer settings.

With there being so many specific print settings for each printer, we advise you get in touch with your internal IT technician to make any required printer setting changes.

If you need help making changes to your master brochure templates, please submit a design change request.
