If you're trying to save/upload documents and an error message appears showing Upload Failed, you're still able to save the documents back to Jupix. To do this, you'll need to clear the Office Upload Center on your computer.
- Save the copy of the edited document locally on your desktop as a Word 97-2003 Word Document so this can be re-uploaded to Jupix later
- Close down all items open in relation to Microsoft Office, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, Access, Publisher, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Lync, Info Path and OneDrive
- Run the Jupix Configuration.bat File
For more information on the Jupix Configuration File, click here - From your Windows Start Menu, search for and click Office Upload Center
- The Upload Center screen appears. Click Settings
- Ensure that the Days to keep files in the Office Document Cache is set to 1
- Tick the box to Delete files from the Office Document Cache when they are closed
- Click Delete cached files
- Click OK
- Back on the Upload Center screen, Pending Uploads will display. In the dropdown, click All Cached Files
- Discard any document that appears within the list
You can now go back to Jupix.
- Return to the section of the record where you're trying to save the document (Either in the Notes section or Public Media section)
- Click Edit
- Click Choose File and locate the file you saved to your computer earlier
- You can now save the relevant document back to Jupix
