You can still remain compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) where Jupix is integrated with Brief Your Market and third party companies.
Many agents use third party companies such as Brief Your Market to help them with their marketing. These third party companies will need to be aware of the status of the marketing consents you hold for each person.
The information used by third party companies is obtained via an API provided by Jupix. This API includes the Marketing Consent status for each person:
- Consented
- Unknown
- Denied
It also includes the date that the consent last changed so that they can be sure they have the most up to date information.
