This article covers the training structure/offering for agencies that are migrating to Jupix for the first time.

Scheduling dates for training

Following your sign-off of the required My Account items, your project coordinator will be in contact to arrange some potential dates for your training sessions.

Your trainer will aim to arrive at your office for 09:45 with training to commence at 10:00, until approximately 16:00 with periodic comfort breaks and a lunch break to be agreed with your trainer.

The trainer will bring with them a laptop and a projector and screen if required. Alternatively, any blank space of wall will be suitable.  

Training days will be carried out in classroom style, with involvement from your team throughout the day.  

Both Sales and/or Lettings staff will be required for the Foundation training session. However, only the Lettings and Property Management and Accounts staff will need to attend the Property Management and Accounts training session, if you are utilising the Jupix Property Management and Accounts modules.  

We also advise that any disruption should be kept to a minimum and wherever possible calls and emails should be dealt with in the scheduled breaks. We do, however, acknowledge that you are running a business, and that staff members may have to take calls etc, but the more focused the training session can be, the more your team will get out of it.

Pre-visit call from the trainer

Your designated trainer will call you the week prior to your scheduled training in order to introduce themselves and make final arrangements with you for the training day(s).  

Foundation training

Your first days training, or Foundation training day, will cover all front-end marketing aspects of Jupix alongside how to add a tenancy, if applicable.  

From 16:00 on the first day of training, you'll be live on the Jupix system and should be using Jupix as your sole system for all your marketing activities.  

You should also be adding all property, vendor, landlord, applicant and tenancy data to Jupix, in preparation for your second days training, or Property Management and Accounts practice training (if relevant).

Following your first training session, your Jupix Service Contract will be live and you'll have access to the support team for all technical queries
