Properties not showing on the portals

Zoopla and other portals with real-time feeds allow for changes made within Jupix to appear in real time, this is usually minutes; however this is dependent on the demand against the portal servers at any one time.

If the changes made are still not showing within the advised timescale above:

  1. Click Property on the main homebar
  2. Search for the relevant property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
    1. Alternatively, find and click the relevant property from within the Last Viewed section
  3. Click the Details tab
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the Residential Lettings Profile section / Residential Sales Profile section and click Edit Residential Lettings Profile Edit Residential Sales Profile
  5. Check the Availability is set correctly
  6. Scroll down to the Website Marketing section and ensure the relevant portal Websites are displayed and ticked 
  7. Click Save to confirm

If both of these options are set correctly and the property still isn't showing on the portals, check the following fields are accurate. 

  • On the Summary tab:
    • In the Property Details section, ensure the Match Area has been completed as this can have an effect on properties showing on websites
    • In the Property Details section, either the Name or the Number field needs to be populated
    • In the Property Details section, Address 3 and Address 4 need to be populated
    • In the Property Details section, the Postcode / Zip needs to be in the correct format and valid
    • In the Property Details section, the property Display Address field needs to be populated. It must consist of 3 parts separated by a comma. For example, Brackley, Northamptonshire, NN13
  • On the Details tab:
    • In the Residential Lettings Profile section / Residential Sales Profile section, the Summary Description needs to be populated. It must be less than 1000 characters (however, the listing will only display 300 characters)
    • In the Property Rooms section, the Full Description needs to be populated
    • In the Residential Lettings Profile section / Residential Sales Profile section, the Rent or Price value needs to be greater than £0
  • On the Media tab:
    • For any Media added, ensure ‘&’ isn't entered into the Media Description

If all of the above changes have been made and your property is still not appearing on Zoopla and/or other portals, please contact support by clicking Submit a request and using the contact form at the bottom of this article.
