All users of Jupix software must have specific configuration settings entered into Internet Explorer, Microsoft Word and the Upload Centre, depending on their version of Microsoft Office, to enable Jupix to work correctly.

Instead of users having to make all of the required changes themselves we have created a file that will do this for you.

 Note

Please ensure that you log out of Jupix and that all Microsoft programs, excluding Internet Explorer, are closed prior to running the Jupix Configuration File

Click the link below for Jupix Configuration File.bat, then click Run if prompted

Jupix Configuration File.bat

The file will run and apply the necessary settings for you.

Once it has run, the changes will have been made. The file will prompt you to press any key to continue. Follow the instruction to close the file.

For your reference, when run, the file inserts the following settings.

These are based on using the version of Internet Explorer currently supported by Jupix – Internet Explorer 11.

  2. Click the Tools menu from the title bar, or the small cog icon in the top right of your browser window
