Resend a landlord statement

If you need to, you can resend a landlord a statement that's already been generated via post or via email.

Resend the landlord statement via email

  1. Click the Residential Lettings department tab
  2. Click Landlords on the main homebar
  3. Search for the relevant landlord in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
    1. Alternatively, find and click the relevant landlord from within the Last Viewed section
  4. Click the Landlord Ledgers tab
  5. Click the correct ledger and find the relevant statement record that you want to resend to the landlord
  6. On the statement record, an Email Options box is visible. Click the Email Options box
  7. The Email Statement window opens. To send it, click Send to ... 
  8. The message in the Email Statement window changes to say Sent to ...

A record of the email sent to the landlord can be found if you click the Notes tab.

Resend the landlord statement via post

  1. Click the Residential Lettings department tab
  2. Click Landlords on the main homebar
  3. Search for the relevant landlord in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
    1. Alternatively, find and click the relevant landlord from within the Last Viewed section
  4. Click the Landlord Ledgers tab
  5. Click the correct ledger and find the relevant statement record that you want to resend to the landlord
  6. Click the underlined statement number
  7. This automatically downloads a .pdf copy of the relevant landlords statement for you to print and post to the landlord
