If a property has been sold or let and it's still showing on any of the portals, this could be due to the property record having the allocated office changed while it was on the market.

In order to check this:

  1. Click Property on the main homebar
  2. Search for the property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant property
    1. Alternatively, find and click the property from within the Last Viewed section
  3. On the property Summary tab, click Special Actions
  4. Click System Log

The System Log shows you if the allocated office was changed before the property was taken off the market.

If this is the case, you'll need to change the property record back to the original office and then put the property back On Market.

  1. Click Property on the main homebar
  2. Search for the property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant property
    1. Alternatively, find and click the property from within the Last Viewed section
  3. On the property Summary tab, in the Property Details section, click Edit Property Details
  4. In the Allocated Office dropdown menu, click the original office
  5. Click Save
  6. When the original office is showing as being allocated, either click Remarket Property or Show on Market
  7. Click Special Actions
  8. Click Withdraw

This sends the remove call on the ID for the original office. Check the portal(s) to ensure the property is no longer showing. Once it's been removed, the correct office can be selected and allocated.
