Removing a duplicate property from the portals

If a property is showing more than once on any of the portals, this could be due to the property record having the allocated office changed while it was on the market.

In order to check this:

  1. Click Property on the main homebar
  2. Search for the property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant property
    1. Alternatively, find and click the property from within the Last Viewed section
  3. On the property Summary tab, click Special Actions
  4. Click System Log

The System Log shows you if the allocated office was changed while the property was still On Market.

If this is the case:

  1. Click Property on the main homebar
  2. Search for the property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant property
    1. Alternatively, find and click the property from within the Last Viewed section
  3. On the property Summary tab, in the Property Details section, click Edit Property Details
  4. In the Allocated Office dropdown menu, click the original office
  5. Click Save
  6. When the original office is showing as being allocated, click Special Actions
  7. Click Withdraw

This sends the remove call to the relevant portal(s) for the property allocated to the original office. Check the portal(s) to ensure the duplicate property is no longer showing.

Once it's been removed, the correct office can be selected and, once allocated, the property put back On Market.
