In Jupix, you can easily upload an EPC for a property to the property record.

  1. Click Property on the main homebar
  2. Search for the relevant property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
    1. Alternatively, find and click the relevant property from within the Last Viewed section
  3. Click the Media tab
  4. Scroll down to the EPC section. You have two options to upload the EPC to Jupix:
    1. Add Link To Public EPC PDF - This allows you to add a hyperlink to the EPC
      1. In the Public EPC PDF Link field, paste the URL of the site that hosts the EPC
      2. Click Save. This will feed the link to the EPC to all portals
    2. Upload EPC Media - This allows you to upload saved copies of the EPC
      1. Once you have chosen your EPC Media Type, click Choose file. Locate the file on your computer or network and click Open
      2. Click Save

Upload EPC Media provides you with various options on how to upload the EPC and whether you upload a graph or report.

  • EPC Media Type
    • Publicly Available - EPC Front Page / EPC Report - This allows you to add a full EPC report which will feed to the portals. The document type loaded here must be in .pdf format
    • EPC Graph - This allows you to add the EPC graph in an image format to Jupix. This can then be used on brochures and fed to the portals
    • Full EPC Report - This allows you to store the full EPC on the property record. This is not fed to any of the portals, it's simply held on the Jupix database

 Note

  • Once you have chosen your EPC Media Type, you'll also need to add in the ratings in the EPC Graph Units section
  • Tick Non-Domestic Building for Commercial EPCs
