At the active tenancy stage

On an active tenancy, there is no option to add additional tenants to the record. You will therefore need to end the tenancy and create a new tenancy with the additional tenants.

On the active tenancy, go through the process of starting the renewal. Set the tenancy to Not Renewing and end the tenancy. If you have already added demands to the ledger, credit them off and reapply them to the new tenancy.

You'll then need to add a new application that includes all tenants and replicate all Tenancy Details to match the old tenancy. You can then follow the normal process to set the tenancy to active.
