The steps below outline the process of ordering print from Ravensworth through Jupix.
Enabling the Ravensworth ordering permission
If you are a branch manager with Admin permissions, you can enable or disable the Ravensworth ordering permission on a user to user basis.
- Click Admin on the main homebar
- In the Admin dropdown menu, click Manage Users
- Click Edit alongside the Jupix user you want to amend permissions for
- The permissions are broken down into different categories. Scroll down to Partner Permissions and tick Ravensworth Order Prints
- Click Save
The user will then be able to order print from Ravensworth through Jupix.
Ordering print from Ravensworth
Note
Your Jupix account will need to be integrated with Ravensworth to order prints. You will need to contact Ravensworth via phone (0191 917 9331) or email (client.support@ravensworth.co.uk) who will then provide us with a code in order to set up the integration
- Click Property on the main homebar
- Search for the relevant property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
- Alternatively, find and click the relevant property from within the Last Viewed section
- Click the Media tab
- In the Public Media section, click Create New Brochure
- Select the Brochure Template you want to create and click Save
- The Brochure Template will be generated and display in the Public Media section. From here, click Edit to open and make any required changes, and then click Convert To PDF when ready
- Once converted and saved, click Order Print
The Ravensworth Instant Print window will then open.
- Artwork Preview - From this page, you can click through the pages of your brochure using the right and left arrow buttons. When you are happy, click Confirm
- Select Print Options - From this page, you can choose the format of your brochure, your preferred paper weight, your chosen lamination, and quantity. When you are happy, click Continue to Checkout
- Checkout - From this page, you can check the final order details and that the billing and delivery addresses are correct. When you are happy to proceed, click Confirm Order, then Place Order
You will receive confirmation within the order window that your order is complete and you can make a note of your order number.
Back on the property record, on the Notes tab, you will see a record of your Ravensworth order.
