Unable to upload photos to Jupix - Java application blocked

When trying to upload photos to Jupix, you may have experienced a message stating Java Application Blocked. If so, you'll need to allow Jupix access through Java.

You must first ensure that your Java application is the correct version. You can download the correct version from here.

As certain Java updates are incompatible with the Jupix photo uploader, you may choose to disable Java updates to ensure that the correct version, as downloaded from the link above, continues to be used on your PC. To do this:

  1. Click the Windows start button in the bottom left hand corner of your computer screen
  2. Type to search for Configure Java
  3. Click Configure Java
  4. The Java Control Panel opens on the Update tab. If Check for Updates Automatically is ticked, untick this option
  5. Click Apply
