If you purchase additional Royal Mail Postcode Lookup licences, they'll be applied to your Jupix account. However, those new licences then need to be allocated to specific users.

Our Customer Operations/Support teams don't allocate these to specific users as it it may not be obvious which users you want them to be allocated to (especially where the number of Royal Mail Postcode Lookup licences paid for is different to your total number of users)
To apply the Royal Mail Postcode Lookup licences to specific users:
- Click Admin on the main homebar
- In the Admin dropdown menu, click Manage Users
- You'll now see a list of all your Jupix users. Click Edit alongside the name of the user you want to allocate a Royal Mail Postcode Lookup licences to
- In the Permissions section, alongside Postcode Lookup, tick Postcode Lookup Enabled
- Click Save
If Jupix states (0 postcode licenses remaining) when following the above steps, you'll either need to purchase additional Royal Mail Postcode Lookup licences, or, remove a license from another user. This can be done by following the same steps as above, but unticking Postcode Lookup Enabled instead.
