Enhancements

National Trading Standards Part C related fields have been added to the property Composition.

1. Click Property on the main homebar
2. Search for the relevant property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
   1. Alternatively, find and click the relevant property from within the Last Viewed section
      
3. Click the Details tab
4. Click Edit Composition

• Restrictions and Rights options have been added to the Building section
  • Restrictions allows the selection of any known statutory or contractual restrictions that could impact the buyer’s general use of the property and/or land. The information will be sent to the portals, where possible, and will be included in the XML feed

    • Conservation Area
    • Holiday Home Rental
    • Lease Restrictions
    • Listed Building
    • Permitted Development
    • Property Subletting
    • Real Burdens (Scotland only)
    • Restrictive Covenant
    • Tree Preservation Order

  • Rights allows the selection of any known rights or easements that relate to the property or land that may interfere with the buyer’s enjoyment or privacy. The information will be sent to the portals, where possible, and will be included in the XML feed
