Below are the release notes for releases to your Jupix software, including any new features, enhancements, or product fixes.

Enhancements

National Trading Standards Parts B and C related fields have been added to the property Composition.

  1. Click Property on the main homebar
  2. Search for the relevant property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
    1. Alternatively, find and click the relevant property from within the Last Viewed section
  3. Click the Details tab
  4. Click Edit Composition
  • Accessibility options have been added to the Facilities section. This allows the selection of multiple accessibility features. These details are sent to the Rightmove and Zoopla portals:
    • Lateral Living
    • Level Access
    • Level Access Shower
    • Lift Access
    • Ramped Access
    • Stairlift
    • Step-Free Access
    • Variable Height Kitchen Surfaces
    • Wet Room
    • Wheelchair Accessible
    • Wide Doorways

  • A new Building section has been added containing the below text fields. These details are sent to the Zoopla portal.
    • Building Safety
    • Known Planning Considerations
    • Construction Materials

  • Furnished is now displayed in the Jupix XML feed for lettings properties

Enhancements

National Trading Standards Part B related fields have been added to/updated on the property Composition.

  1. Click Property on the main homebar
  2. Search for the relevant property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
    1. Alternatively, find and click the relevant property from within the Last Viewed section
  3. Click the Details tab
  4. Click Edit Composition

  • Parking and Outside Space have been moved to a new Facilities section
  • New Parking options have been added:
    • EV Charging (private)
    • EV Charging (shared)
  • Heating Types has been moved to a new Utilities section
  • The new Utilities section includes:
    • Heating Types:
      • Heating Types options are now check boxes to allow for multi-select and include Air Source Heat Pump and Ground Source Heat Pump
    • Electricity supply:
      • Main
      • Solar panels
      • Wind turbine
      • Generator
      • Private Supply
      • Other
    • Water supply:
      • Mains
      • Well (private)
      • Spring (private)
