Below are the release notes for releases to your Jupix software, including any new features, enhancements, or product fixes.

Enhancements

National Trading Standards Part A related enhancements:

  • Tenure
    • A new Non-Traditional Property Tenure has been added. This is most commonly used for Park Homes and Houseboats which don’t fit into the standard list of tenures

    • The new Property Tenure will be uploaded to portals and will be included in the property XML feed
    • The existing Property Tenure document tag will be replaced by Non-Traditional if selected for a property
  • Shared Ownership
    • A residential leasehold property can now be set as Shared Ownership and the details added:
      • Ownership Share (%)
      • Rent amount (£)
      • Rent Frequency

    • The Shared Ownership details are sent to portals and will be included in the property XML feed
    • New document merge tags have been added for the:
      • Shared Ownership summary - %sharedOwnership%
      • Shared Ownership Percentage - %sharedOwnershipSharePercent%
      • Shared Ownership rent amount - %sharedOwnershipRentAmount%
      • Shared Ownership rent frequency - %sharedOwnershipRentFrequency%
  • Northern Ireland Domestic Rates
    • One new option for Council Tax Band has been added; Northern Ireland Domestic Rates. If this new option is selected, the Domestic Rate (£PA) amount payable per annum can be entered

    • The Domestic Rate amount payable is uploaded to the portals and will be included in the property XML feed
    • A new document merge tag has been added for the Domestic Rate (£PA) amount - %domesticRates%
  • EPC values are now sent in the feed to Zoopla
  • The following fields are now sent in the Lonres feed:
    • Council Tax Band
    • Property Tenure
    • EPC values - EIR and EER current and potential
  • The following lettings fields are now included in the XML feed:
    • Deposit amount
    • Next available date
