In Jupix, you have the ability to upload photos to property records using the image uploader.

By default, the image uploader runs in Advanced mode. This allows you to select and upload up to 30 photos at once, as well as drag and drop to reorder them.

This article includes:

Upload photos using the (Advanced) image uploader

To upload photos on a property record:

  1. Click Property on the main homebar
  2. Search for the relevant property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
    1. Alternatively, find and click the relevant property from within the Last Viewed section
  3. Click the Media tab
  4. In the Photos section, click Upload New Photos
  5. Once the image uploader loads, click Add Files to browse through your folders to find the location of the photos. Select the photo(s) you would like to upload (either drag and drop, or, hold Ctrl to select multiple photos), then click Open
  6. Click, drag and drop the photos in to the order that you wish for them to appear in brochures and on portals. You may also want to edit the photo names - to do so, double-click the name under the photo and rename as required
  7. Click Save
  8. The percentage bar increases and the photos turn yellow to indicate they've been uploaded. A final Upload Complete message then appears, confirming that all photos have been uploaded

You'll automatically return back to the Photos section and the first photo displays as the thumbnail of your property record.

If at any point, you need to amend the photo and/or Description, click Edit.

Equally, if you need to delete a photo, click Delete and enter Your Deletion Code.

 Note

  • We recommend that the photos uploaded are in a landscape format. This is to ensure that the photos are displayed in full, in any templates and matches you may create
  • Accepted file types are .jpeg, .png and .gif

Upload photos using the (Basic) image uploader

If you cannot get the (Advanced) photo uploader to work, you can use the Basic photo upload screen instead.
